1. Head – Account Monitoring Unit: AVP (No. of Position: 01)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant fields such as Branch Banking Operations, AML/Compliance in Commercial Banks.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree from HEC recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising overall operations of the Account Monitoring Unit.
- Ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
- Monitoring and managing senior management’s approvals in line with SOPs.
2. Control Test Planning & Monitoring Officer: OG-I (No. of Position: 01)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant fields in banking/financial institutions.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree from HEC recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting and reporting control testing on key controls.
- Monitoring and enhancing compliance mechanisms.
3. Process Analysis & Documentation Officer: OG-I (No. of Position: 01)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a financial institution’s relevant field.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration/finance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
4. Service Quality Analyst: OG-II (No. of Position: 01)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a related field.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from HEC recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring service quality standards are met across branches.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
5. Compliance Liaison Officer: OG-I (No. of Position: 01)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant fields, preferably in compliance or risk management.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree from HEC recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between the bank and regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring the bank’s operations comply with regulatory requirements.
6. Compliance Risk Management Officer: OG-I (No. of Position: 01)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant fields in banking/financial institutions.
- Qualifications: Master’s degree from HEC recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing compliance risks and ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Reporting and addressing compliance breaches.
