Applications are invited from Pakistan Nationals for the following positions in Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences under Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination purely on contract basis initially for a period of one (01) year or till the availability of regular incumbent whichever is earlier, with no option for regularization:

1. Associate Professor

• Number of Posts: 01 each in Anaesthesia, Clinical Hematology, Medical Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Nephrology, Gynecology & Obstetrics, Neonatology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pulmonology, Rheumatology
• Max Age: 48
• Qualification/Experience: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC. Plus FCPS/MS/MD/Ph.D./M. Phil (etc. in the respective subject) with 05 years post qualification experience as Assistant Professor in the respective specialty. Must have at least 03 research papers published in standard medical journal.

2. Assistant Professor

• Number of Posts: 43
• Max Age: 40
• Qualification/Experience: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC. Plus 05 years teaching or practical experience in the relevant specialty.
• Quota: Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, KPK, AJK, GB

3. Senior Registrar

• Number of Posts: 45 in various specialties
• Max Age: 35
• Qualification/Experience: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC. Plus postgraduate qualification such as FCPS/MS/MD in respective subjects recognized by PM&DC.

4. Nuclear Physician

• Number of Posts: 01
• Max Age: 35
• Qualification/Experience: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC. Plus level-II b/III or qualification in respective subject.

5. Deputy Director (Engineering)

• Qualification/Experience: B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Plus 05 years experience in civil engineering related work.

• Qualification/Experience: 2nd Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. Plus 01 year post qualification practical experience.
