APPOINTMENT OF VICE CHANCELLOR

Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology (SSUET) is a leading teaching and research institution running Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate Programs in various fields of Engineering, Science, Technology, and Business. SSUET is looking for the services of a highly dynamic, committed, and energetic professional for the appointment of Vice Chancellor.

The Vice Chancellor being the academic as well as administrative head is expected to be:

• A visionary with proven track record, high administrative and leadership qualities along with strong teaching and research credentials.
• Having in-depth knowledge of the major developments in higher education, learning, and teaching.
• Having an amiable personality with excellent entrepreneurial mindset as well as great interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to work collaboratively.

Qualification and Experience:

• Ph.D. degree in Engineering from any renowned international or national university/institution.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience in renowned HEC recognized universities/institutions.
• Minimum 5 years experience as VC/Pro-VC/Dean in renowned HEC recognized universities/institutions.
• Senior management experience as Registrar/Director/HoD is preferable.
• Must have Research-Journal Publications.
• Should not be beyond 65 years of age as on closing date.

Salary:

• Salary will be based on academic qualification and experience.
