1. Officer – Money Market Operations (OG-I / OG-II)
- Reporting to: Unit Head – Money Market Operations
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience in Money Market Operations.
- Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of money market instruments, regulations, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reporting.
- Responsibilities:
- Process and settle interbank placements, repurchase agreements, SBP reverse repo, etc.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Submit claims to SBP for redemption, monitor interest income, and reconcile accounts.
2. Foreign Exchange Settlement Officer (OG-I / OG-II)
- Reporting to: Unit Head – Foreign Exchange Operations
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Foreign Exchange Operations.
- Skills/Knowledge Required:
- In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange products.
- Experience in processing and reporting foreign exchange transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.
- Responsibilities:
- Process foreign exchange transactions, manage SBP reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and global interest rates.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlements.
3. Remittances Officer, Centralized Remittances (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Unit Head – Remittance Security & MIS Reporting / Unit Head – Inward Remittance Processing
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Foreign Exchange Centralized Remittances.
- Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Good understanding of SWIFT messaging and remittance procedures.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations.
- Responsibilities:
- Process inward commercial remittances.
- Handle queries and reconcile remittance discrepancies.
- Maintain records and perform compliance checks.
4. Officer – Cash Management, Operations (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Unit Head – Payments Cash Management, Unit Head – Collections Cash Management
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience in Cash Management Operations.
- Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Knowledge of cash management products and processes.
- Proficiency in MIS and Excel.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage collections and payments.
- Ensure customer data is updated correctly in systems.
- Maintain accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
5. Officer – Salary Processing, Cash Management Operations (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting to: Unit Head – Salary Processing
- Educational/Professional Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant diploma/certifications.
