JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Director Projects, Directorate of Power Projects, Energy Department, Government of the Punjab invites applications from suitable and enthusiastic candidates domiciled in Rawalpindi Division, to fill up the following temporary positions on contract basis for a period of approximately one year under the project “Liaison Office for Energy Department.”
The requisite qualification / experience and other conditions are given as under:

Note:
- Applications shall be submitted on plain paper clearly mentioning the name of post in the Office of Electric Inspector, Islamabad Region, Rawal Town Colony, Park Road, Islamabad. Attested copies of all relevant documents including educational certificates/degrees, domicile, experience certificates, 3 No. passport size photographs, etc. must be sent along with the application.
- Upper age relaxation of 5 years under limit is admissible against above said posts for males and eight (08) years for females.
- The contract / appointments are temporary in nature, non-transferable, job / post specific, non-pensionable and can be terminated at any time. Regularization, Permanency of these posts will be considered in the light of Punjab Government’s Notification dated 21.05.2008 and relevant policies prevailing at that time.
- Candidates already working in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies may apply through proper channel.
- Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with the Rules, selection criteria and other provisions of Recruitment and Contract Appointment Policy-2004 of Government of Punjab.
- No 3rd Division in the entire academic career.
- These appointments will be purely on contract basis for a period of approximately one year.
- The upper age relaxation will be applied as per the government rules.
- No TA / DA will be paid to the candidates for test / interview.
- Quota reserved for females, 3% for disabled and 5% for minorities is reserved.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview.
- The last date for submission of applications is 14-06-2024 up to 05:00 PM.
